Born in Paris, Eric first picks up a camera while in the midst of his university studies in sciences, and very soon after enters “ Louis Lumière School”. Upon graduation, he immediately starts to work for himself, publishing his first images in Dutch and Visionnaire, and develops a long and successful collaboration with the French Vogue. It’s during these years that Eric develops his marked personal style immediately recognizable for the sensitivity and the particular quality of light. From that moment on Eric works with all the biggest international fashion magazines.
Eric’s advertising clients include include Hermès, ,Yohji Yamamoto, Yves Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Nina Ricci, Lancôme, Rolex, Piaget, Bergdorf, Goodman, L’Oréal, Kérastase, Clarins, Guerlain, Ferragamo, Azzaro, Dior, Anteprima, Piaget, Le Printemps, Swarovski, Boucheron, and others.
Eric’s images have been part of the photography exhibits at MOMA in New York (“History of Costume in Fashion”), Paris Photo, B Staatliche Museum in Berlin, the French Museum of Fashion and Textile, among others.
In the last two years, while continuing his work as a beauty photographer for editorial and advertising clients, Eric has been developing a significant body of personal work which offers a different look at beauty from a more intimate and personal perspective.
